Orders and refunds
For license activation, payment, or refund questions, contact support@pipscribe.com from the purchase email address and include the order number. Never send a full payment card number.
Privacy requests
Questions or requests concerning licensing, order, website, or support data can be sent to support@pipscribe.com with the subject Privacy Request.
Diagnostics and media
Diagnostic logs can contain file paths, model names, or system details. Review attachments before sending them. Do not include confidential audio, video, or transcripts unless support asks for a specific sample and you have permission to share it.
